Italian Design Workshop Founder and Principal, Francesco Nocerino, is an Italian-licensed Architect who holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin and a Specialization in Sustainable Building, Infrastructure Design and Management from Pratt Institute in New York City. He attended Continuing Education at New York Institute of Technology and Pace University. He is a Registered Architect at the Association of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservationists in Italy. He has extensively worked in Italy as an Architect, Developer, and as Member of the Municipal Building Commission. In New York, he has worked as a Designer and a Construction Project Manager, designing and supervising construction projects from beginning to end.
Dayna Corlito is our COO, with over 30 years experience in Finance and Accounting, having a Bachelors of Science from Long Island University - C.W. Post Campus in both majors; as well as a registered CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license in NYS. Dayna has traveled extensively for over 20 years in Italy. She started with a time share, then fractional ownership and in the last couple of years purchased an apartment in Italy with the help of Italian Design Workshop. The heartfelt experience motivated Dayna to join our Company so that she could assist others with their journeys as well. Dayna is also a sommelier who has worked in the industry and nurtured relationships with small producers around Italy. She looks forward to relocating to Italy eventually and currently lives in NY.
